Thanks, as always for the tour. So, this is the ship before revolutionization or whatever word they're using to "upgrade" the ship. I sailed the Constellation but before the Solstice like areas were added. I think this ship looks well maintained. I will say I love the dining room as it is here. It's extremely elegant. But it will change. The Rendezvous lounge will also change to make the colors more lighter and more of the popular now gray, beige, light teal colors, the type of colors that the Edge ships use. The retreat lounge will change but it looks fine to me now. Overall, I really like the ship as it is now. Maybe brighten the Rendezvous but besides that, they really made a wonderful ship. I think modernizing the cabins and maybe some of the deck area and buffet is more needed than changing some of the classic classy areas. I think one of the downgrades is changing the original specialty dining rooms to Tuscan. Those had actual paneling and glass and artwork from classic ocean liners and the premium experience was on a higher level. I wish they'd kept those but maybe the whole Michel Roux connection is done and they couldn't even if they wanted to. Overall, still a nice ship and I guess it's considered small in today's cruise market. It certainly wasn't when it was first introduced. I hope these Millie ships sail well into the 2030s.

Yes, this is the ship before being revolutionized. It is our understanding that she will be going into dry dock soon for a renovation ☺️

Thanks for the tour of Infinity. I searched for one for a few weeks prior to my sailing a couple of weeks ago with no luck. We did the Western Caribbean and had a great time. The ship's staff was awesome, extremely friendly and helpful. We were in a Sky Suite as well and could not have been more satisfied (or pampered). I would definitely recommend a trip aboard Infinity! She's not too big and not too "Vegas'd up" - just a classic and a bit quirky....I love it!

@@TheTravelingGamblers We were onboard! We embarked FLL 10/8. The Martini Bar and the Mast Bar were our standard 'go-to's'. Ate in Luminae most meals but also La Petite Chef, Tuscan, and Sushi. Did the Chef's Table at the private table in Luminae on our final night. All food and eateries were exceptional. I truly appreciate the look of classic ships, albeit w/ a fun twist. Thanks again for the tour video. There is a deck (12?) on the bow that overlooks the helipad. Only went up once or twice but a really great spot...quiet and peaceful w/ stupendous views. Access is from the deck and up the stairs (maybe where the lift was in your vid ?). It is shielded w/ glass and has some nice sitting areas.

@@j.gregoryoneal9952 that’s funny, we were ship mates and didn’t even know it! The area on deck 12 that you are referring to is the retreat sundeck and that area is for sweet guests only. We were in a suite the first week of our back to back and in an aqua class cabin the second week. We did the full ship tour during our second week so we no longer had access to the retreat sundeck since it is for Suite guests only. We definitely should’ve shown the outside staircase as we did on our recent Summit tour. Perhaps our paths will cross again on another ship. We have 42 cruises booked over the next 18 months. Good job! I’m sailing on the Infinity in December 2022 and I’m so pleased to see how well the ship has been maintained. Was also good to learn that Blu offers main dining menu items for Aqua Class guests.

We really love Celebrity the best because it gives us the most of what we are looking for; mostly adults in our age range, not many children at all, great food, great service, beautiful ships. The Equinox holds a special place for us because it was the first celebrity ship we went on. But I think our absolute favorite ship is the edge.🥰🥰🥰

Cant decide between S class or M class in the Mediterranian. Which do you recommend?

Both have pros and cons. We like both classes but prefer any of the ships that have been renovated. We love the summit, silhouette and Equinox best of those 2 classes.

We just booked the penthouse on this cruise - and there aren't any recent tours or reviews from last couple years. Were you able to see any of the suites?

Hello Matt, we did not have access to a penthouse suite however, we did stay in a sky suite the first week of our back to back. We did do a full tour of the Sky suite on the Infinity and here is the link to it if you’d like to check it out. You didn't show the retreat area

Hello Stephen. Yes, you are correct we did not record the Retreat Sundeck area. This was our first time on the Infinity, any Millennium class ship for that matter and we missed it. Now that you point it out we realize that it was the stair case outside that was roped off. We didn't see any other entrances or any thing marked so we thought that was a crew only area and that perhaps the ship didn't have a retreat sundeck because it hasn't been refurbished yet.
