Another tip for those who aren't big drinkers or don't plan on getting the expensive drink packages, consider the "Zero Proof" drink package. This allows you every non-alcoholic beverage on the ship, including the fancy coffees, soft drinks, smoothies and bottled water. The bottled water is especially useful when leaving the ship at port since you can take a few with you.
I laugh at haters for this ship, claiming "nothing to do for kids, no rides" etc etc. Ya well, this is an "ADULT" sailing ship. We dont want to see or hear your kids. Less chances of damn illnesses and crowding as well. Take your annoyance on Disney! 🎤 Drop
Sailed on her twice. Always great food, service, and entertainment. I wish they hadn't eliminated the Sky Lounge on the e-class ships.. such a great spot to view the ocean during the day.
We recently enjoyed the Reflection and the Aqua Class experience. Blu is truly amazing - makes it hard to book any other cabin category since Blu is only for Aqua Class! Like having specialty dining for breakfast and dinner every day! The spa is also fantastic. We used the heated loungers every day. So relaxing! Eager to get back onboard and will pretty soon! Thanks for the great review, Jayson!
Very timely!!! I have a cruise booked on the Reflection in July...unfortunately it is not an Aqua Spa cabin, but I will keep that in mind for the next time we book.
@@elizabethw.454 Fantastic! The only downside was the sea day between Ft. Lauderdale and Key West. For me the ship is not the destination. The ports of call is my thing. Key West, Bimini and Nassau. Loved all of them.
Love the Reflection, wouldn’t hesitate to book that ship again. Love the layout, and if you go or like to go to the spa, it’s has an ice room, and the thermal spa is huge. Enjoy your cruise, thank you for watching.
Many time Celebrity Cruiser here. Planning to sail on the Reflection soon and will go with Aqua Class. Spot on with Blu, having enjoyed it, an the spas on sister ships, Solstice, Eclipse, and Equinox.
We have sailed on 27 Celebrity cruises and have been on all classes of their ships. On the Solstice class (includes the Reflection) we like the shaded areas that have many lounge chairs near the main outdoor pool. We avoid the sun, but we like the fresh air. We would not book an Aqua Class cabin because the cruise fare is more than $500 per person additional in order to eat in Blu (over a regular balcony cabin). We are rarely up early enough to have breakfast there, so that’s not a benefit for us. I’m sure that the service is great, but I have heard mixed reviews about the food, including people requesting items from the regular MDR. I would rather take the extra money and use it toward specialty dining or spa services. We like the 4 included themed dining rooms on the Edge class - they are more intimate. and the food is good. However, to each their own. The cruise lines offer various options and it’s up to people to decide what’s most important to them.
Great info, just subscribed. Nice video. Just deciding if I should book a cruise on reflection at the end of February and if I should book with Celebrity. Thanks and take care.
That's funny - I had the same experience on the Reflection, I was on the Solstice and a crew member said he remembered me and knew exactly which region we were cruising! It was about 4 years later!
Jason, you are the 1st content creator to mention the green area, on Celebrity reflection. It looks like a unique area, no other ship has. Thank you for pointing that out!
