Lovely documentary and great effort. On this point of naming tigers it is absolutely okay to name tigers. If not anything ecotourism by responsible naturalists, amateur or professional, will help. And everyone has their set of favourite tigers. That said, the forest department definitely need to number them which is a process they can continue. Visitors to parks should be aware that many of the tigers deeper in the core zones are heroes and heroines in their own right. Just that we are not able to see them, document their trysts with destiny and hence they die as unsung warriors.
