He is the worst loser but I know what it was: they started him off with a sports question, and an obscure one at that- he knows nothing about sports and he tries to hide it as much as he can from his audience which included a lot of sports fans- somebody got screamed at for that, very 1st question too
@@quiksix25 "battery" isn't obscure it's a basic baseball question. he could at least have guessed it had something to do with baseball but he didn't even know what sport to associate it with
I love when she adds I have a friend that was just so conviently talking about this subject. I never seen someone have nothing to say, but always say something.
Why did he sign off on it if he was gonna complain the whole way through. Gary really earned his money through the years I would have lost my shit on Howard
*_THIS TIME PERIOD/ERA HOWARD HAD NO PROBLEM LETTING SCOTT THE ENGINEER, SOMEONE ELSE SIT IN HIS CHAIR AND WORKING STERNS BOARD. OR BECAUSE TOM WAS THERE. (AT SIRIUS NO ONE COULD SIT IN STERNS CHAIR)_*
23:16 Is it me or does it look like Tom C. could be Eric The Actors dad here. Look at Eric when he was in studio. The resemblance is kind of eerie. (Pause at 23:17)
@@LilyOfTheTower Since my life isn’t an expanse of pain and suffering, I don’t feel the need to dunk on a dead, deformed, little person-thus, Eric The Actor. But hey, you do you.
The wheel was obviously rigged. You can see Howard place his hand on some kind of black device behind the black card on his podium. He keeps his hand in a fixed position ready to press stop. It also seems to be weighted down and starts to roll the other way before coming to a complete stop.
This is a dumb take. What does Howard care if someone loses? It’s not his money and if he wanted to rig it, he would rig it so that someone would win. That would equal more ratings. If you’re an old school Stern fan, you know Howard would never rig a game.
@@DrunkenDrew You're right, that was a pretty dumb take, could have kept it to yourself. Why would sponsors want their guy to not lose them money, hmmm, that's a toughie? Howard's rating were through the roof at this time, it wouldn't benefit them to lose a million for "ratings." Could you sound anymore hipster saying "If you’re an old school Stern fan, you know Howard would never rig a game?" Besides, you can obviously see the rigging, rather than try to refute that you just come crying as a fanboy because "I've listened to my hero for so long and my hero would never do anything bad." Imagine simping for a freaking billionaire shock jock.
no wires leading to the wheel. XLR connected to black box, which would indicate its a mic. Wireless switches in 2002 would have been bulky and expensive. its debatable, almost unlikely that its rigged.
Eh I dont think he ruined it but the weirdest part for me was that like they're playing for other ppl to win 10k lol..wtf kinda attitude is that to have that he was doing lol
