The Taylor and Katy situation has always bothered me. From what I understand Katy had dancers on a previous tour, and because she enjoyed working with them before her team reached out and asked if they wanted to come back for the next tour (which is completely normal). Back up dancers aren't usually tied to one artist outside of promotional cycles or tours, and bounce around picking up jobs they want. Alot of times specifically telling management that they are up for coming back when the next album cycle begins.. Apparently Taylor caught wind of them talking to Katy's people and got upset. It's not Katy's fault the dancers were considering going back to her, as I'm sure they bonded with the crew, management and Katy herself on the previous tour. She completely disregarded her 'women supporting women' message at the time by releasing bad blood imo. I've always preferred Taylor to Katy, but in this situation Taylor came out looking pretty bad. I'm really glad they have patched things up tho.

The dancers were contacted about a new job opportunity (which is completely normal in entertainment) and they decided that is where they wanted to go. Imagine working for a company as a temp, you really enjoy your time there and all the people, but the work has ended and you must go find other work. You let them know you are interested in coming back when more work comes in, so they contact you when it happens. You already know the job, you already know the people. It's a no brainer. It does suck for Taylor, but it's expected as in just about every field people quit their jobs to start up somewhere else. It isn't fair for her to blame Katy and take it so personally when she was just trying to build a crew of familiar faces for her tour. The dancers had the opportunity to turn it down, and they didn't. That's completely on them.

Katy Perry literally bribed some of the dancers on Taylor Swift's tour to leave at the last minute and go with her on tour instead. How exactly is that acceptable behavior..? There are valid reasons that Katy is known as a fake and a mean girl, and all of that was established BEFORE she bought the nun's home out from under them and kicked them out because she thought it'd be a cool place to own...

Oh please. I had an ex bff throw her ex boyfriends at me and was like date then. So I dated both of them at the same time and they both proposed within a couple of months of dating..... I dumped the first guy for her second guy and then dumped her when she complained I didn't want a third guy she had and then dumped him when I realized I wanted to focus on my academic life in college to get my degrees. You like make me date your exes and I paid for her all the time. I was like her sugar mommy but without the intimacy. I want coffee, I want a this CD or dvd series.... It sucked all around. Now I want friends to like me because of me, not because I work a lot..... I'm not a bank. Shows how good the men were too if I needed two at once to keep me semi satisfied. And the third was an accessory to a big crime and I didn't want any part of that.

Except, yeah...Taylor was in the wrong in that scenario. What happened sucks for Taylor, but she chose to act like a dissed teenager instead of a professional. She blew it up into a drama and made herself out to be some kind of victim - when she wasn't. I'd be pissed too, if I was Katy. No one "stole" anyone. Backup dancers are free agents and go where they want. They enjoyed working with Katy on her previous tour and TOLD her people to let them know when more work became available. They did that. Taylor has a massive victim complex and made a perfectly normal industry situation out to be biggg bad Kattyyyy stooooole from me. Wahhhhh :(

Gee I hope posting these stories get likes or whatever, but the Ryder Paltrow feud, no one gets a script off of someone else and wins an Oscar, that's stupid, the people with money hire a director, he/she picks the actresses, so, if Paltrow somehow lol broke into Ryders apt. or something, stole the script, there's no way she'd get a part that way...she'd probably get taken to court...Stealing or shoplifting, that's kind of like Britney shaving her head and smashing a car with a broken umbrella, pressure , anxiety booze coke or both.
