@Shubham M bro, I'm Mechanical Design engineer. Working for lat 8 years. Trust me I have worked on Suzuki transmission and engine components, those are made with very high Suzuki standards so they are the smoothest ones in India. And the sheet metal doesn't actually matter much in the stregth of the vehicle. Suzuki uses steel for engine transmission components mostly from Kalyani Steel or from Japan itself for few precision gears and crankshafts while sheet metal from Tata steel. Its the platform which is not that good and Hyundai is no different in terms of material quality. So just for information, sheet metal is not the structural element in vehicle. Its just a cloth.

I am not justifying Suzuki's build quality in India, but at the same price point, this is what we will get. Tata has good build quality ( at least for now because they have to increase the sales figure. But they still have to work on their own 4 cylinder refined engines which they currently lac. Mahindra has good build quality, but they dont have portfolio. They only have Utility Vehicles (no hatchback, no sedan, no fuel efficient petrol engine) kuv, verito doesn't count. Hyundai and Suzuki have best portfolio, hyundai provides feature but no fuel efficient petrol engines (ask anyone who has i20, verna) and build quality is almost same or safety is even worse compared to suzuki (at same price tag) no car more than 3 stars gncap. Suzuki has car in almost every segment exceptfull-sizee suv. Comparatively slightly better safety than hyundai at same priced vehicles (which most people ignore) except swift n baleno. Nexa cars are better in terms of safety compared to hyundai (I have studied it a bit) When you have 43% of market share, the engineering department has very high pressure for cost cutting in material. Tata and mahindra will do the same if they have to produce this high number of vehicles. Trust me again.
