Sorry I missed this Wednesday's post, there has been a lot going on in my life. Hoping to get back on track posting and with WW this week. I feel for you dealing with sick parents. I am in the same boat. My Mom just had open heart surgery and my Dad has cancer. Hang in there. You are a great daughter. :)

Oh, Danielle I am so sorry to hear this. I will give you the best advice that has been given to me and that is to make sure to take care of yourself as you cannot take care of your sick parents without taking care of yourself. Sending heartfelt prayers for your parents' recovery.

Thanks for the tips. As a Celiac I find it so hard to find nutritious snacks for when I'm on the go. I never knew that chomps existed. I used to eat epic bars all of the time but they made me break out. So clearly they were inflaming my body. I'm going to try chomp and see how it goes.
