The actual lyric is "down the barrel of a gun" but she ad libs "I can look at you for the rest of my life, for sure" before the first chorus.

I agree this song is sang and sits better with John but he isn’t actually not in Celine Dion league. No where near and never will be. Celine has sold over 150 million singles world wide, had 27 number one albums in 20 different countries, had two sell out Las Vegas shows which they both ran for a total 10 years and her net worth is over $800,000,000. John Farnham had one big hit world wide. So actually John Farnham not even in a league compared to Celine
