Very nice iam dermatologist ifound lecture is very good suppose insulin when gate on cell wall not opened diabetic state occurs if he gives such examples students in later part of life become medical students they learn easily

But sir any particle in ECF which is lipid soluble how it will be pass through the first layer of cell membrane which is hydrophilic then how can hydrophobic particle which made with lipid property in ECF pass the membrane
