Hi Claudio! Thanks for this. Just started playing cello again - it’s been a month and I pulled a muscle in my left wrist. Doing these exercises help me continue to work on cello using my right arm while I heal.
Thank you for this video ! May I ask you am advice for the thumb position on the bow? Even if I think of keeping it rounded and the wrist relaxed, at the end of the exercise, I was feeling a strong tension on the articulation of the thumb as well as a bit on the forearm. Thank you in advance!
