Thank you great Delta human. Your intelligence is on an other level. Only the relatively few CELTA heads in the world can appriciate the CELTA trainers - You!

I am done with the online CELTA and passed. How much ever you watch videos and get ideas, ultimately it is the kind of students you get to teach online.!

Very informative video! Thank you so much. I have mastered grammar in many ways but I hadn’t mastered my delivery system to the students. This one video has enriched my understanding of that tremendously 👍🏾

Excellent advice Jo, thank you. Some of my Italian students should watch this. It would tell them why it is important not to be 10 minutes late for the lesson!

Thanks for the helpful tips Jo! Could you make a video on reading/preparing for the DELTA 1 module exam? What's on your essential reading list? Thank you

I'm planning my first lessons now and looking at language centered around- What are you going to do at the weekend? I'm using this question as my pair warmer introduction. So, so helpful Jo. I'm making a point of watching two videos per day. X

Yes, it’s true, but for exams, and interviews students should learn themes they need, and, often, it’s without interest.

Hi there. I guess it’s true that some classes have to be more focused, especially if they’re for exams. I tend to think that it’s the teachers job to try to make the lessons interesting, though. I realise this is easier with some lessons and others!

Hi. Competitive tasks kill friendship and interpersonal connections so invisibly and so fast that even a billion of psychologists won't be able to help. Competitiveness leads to wars, let's face it.

That’s a bit harsh, I think but as a teacher, you do have to get the tone right. You might like another video I made recently called Why I hate Kahoot!
