Whole structure of the club has to change from the boardroom, recruitment, management, coaching staff and players.

The CEO can’t do his job and he has more money in the bank than most of us will make in a lifetime. Yet we’re paying for non-existent season tickets for this shambles in return. Appalling.

As a rangers fan from what I can see is that the board have created a culture of arrogance that they’ll win every season and it’ll be rosey but it’s not turned out that way . I wouldn’t be surprised if Celtic had already printed 10 in a row merch at the beginning of the season due to the arrogance sewn into the board .

Stop making excuses. It wasn’t the reserves. 8 of the starting outfield were first team players. Only one starter made his debut. Hazard has played in a cup final ffs Frimpong, Duffy and laxalt. Welsh has played in a derby and in Europe. Soro, McGregor, rogic, Johnstone, Turnbull are all first team regulars. Only Harper up front made his debut. Aye kids came off the bench, but that’s a good enough starting team to win comfortably at home.

Have to agree that the communication between the Board and supporters has been woeful, as it has been for many happy (and unhappy) years. Even when the going was good, it always felt as though there was a wall between.... an "us and them" type scenario. Perhaps the new Board, whoever they may be, will change that dynamic. We dont always have to agree, but we should all be on the same page and the wider Celtic fanbase communicated with. More regular contact than just a yearly AGM with shareholders. We done fantastic the last decade to achieve a 2nd 9IAR and this QuadTreb achievement that, although it may not seem it, was immense to complete and some thing we will be able to look back on years down the line with pride. But that can't nor should mask the speed of the collapse in the last 6 months especially. You mentioned about the Board apologising and coming clean.... But you realise we will have to wait for this as the Board will hardly start saying that halfway through a season as it shows the players they have written off the season. We will have to push on and finish the season as best we can... then we will have to make our voices heard again RE change, top to bottom. PS. First time I have ever heard you curse on a video. Sad to say you’re spot on, accused the correct people and what they done to our club ( or not done ). They should be gone but we know it won’t happen, Fergus said it’d never happen again. Unfortunately it has, by the very people entrusted to take this club forward. These people are immoral and don’t deserve respect, or to be anywhere near our club. They’ve stolen everything and taken praise of anything good about this club except the fans. We are rotten to the core behind the scenes. These fans shouldn’t forget this betrayal.

As the day's go on my anger at the board gets worse a lot of ot has to do with the lack of communication from high up!! It's as if they don't care because the fans can't go to the stadium it's like out of sight out of mind when it comes to us supporters.. I can't be alone thinking like this

We just need to get through this season and do the best we can hopefully giving youth a good few games and win the cup. A total rebuild required from the top to bottom for next year and the current crop need to do the best for the new setup. If we are flying this time next year this will hopefully be forgotten just need to keep it together HH

We saw what happens when you put too many kids in at the same time against men, but it was good to see some youth players and they had to play under a big cloud. Calmac looked a bit downcast and Rogic was just horrible and he must be on the exit list. Laxalt showed that he is only marginally better than Taylor. We need to fight for second place now, that’s all that matters to me now and by the way that’s still a big prize in my eyes given how this season has played out. A bit of self-pity is creeping around the team now and we need to stem that and focus on second place. The fat cat Lawwell got lazy on his throne and change must happen at the top, we are way past just slagging Lennon.Turbulent Times are coming, and dont think things can’t get worse, they can.

I know this is stating the obvious, but team has been in decline since Rodgers last season. No ambitions in Europe for the last few seasons hence why Rodgers left.

Lennon will leave at the end of the season, money will be spent on new players. One bad season in a decade. Take it on the chin. There are worse things going on in the world right now to help put football into perspective.
