My husband died in 2009. I don't know how i got so blessed to have him in my life. When i visit him I always have Celtic Woman playing while driving to the cementery. I play this song whenever i feel blue.
I was very touched by your comment. he must have been a very special man. Take heart,We will all see our loved one's again very soon, in a much better place than here, looking even better happier, and healthier.than ever before. God has promised us a new world, free from pain death and suffering, only peace and harmony.we will finally be free of this wicked world. and live in a earthly paradise and live forever.
When I was little me and my mom would watch Tarzan. We made this our song and we always said 'you'll always be in my heart' after the song. So it was Mother's Day and I found a card that played the Phil Collins version that played when you opened it. She teared up thinking I completely forgot about that.
my mother sang this to me when i was young im 25 now my mom still calls me every now and then just to sing this to me. i'm like ugggh mom seriously? yeah my mom is a dork but i love her anyway at least i know where i get it from :)
My best friend's grandmother just passed away last week, and her funeral was this Sunday. I was doing fine until the slideshow and this song was on there. I feel so bad for her, her mother never really wanted her and her grandmother raised her since she was a baby. We're both only 15, I can't imagine how hard it is without her grandmother. (She was basically her mother). It was this exact song. I gotta get out of here before I start crying. She babysat me a lot, she was such a good person...
+Aurora Skies No never! i did the same with my dog on his last days i hugged him snuggled with him and sung this to him sobbing like crazy. showing him that we all love him and always will. hangout with your cat you never know when he/she will go... R.I.P. shadow no matter you'll always be in my heart :'( i love you sooo much i hope i see you im my dreams soon... if you all have read this far i'm not asking for a like but if you all ever feel down about any type of death just know they will always be in your heart
I sang this to my little siblings while cradling my little brother one night when my older brother was sent to jail for constantly abusing my mother and I because that night it was just us and my stepdad but my stepdad also had to go for fighting back to protect me. That night I felt so helpless and I needed my siblings to be strong so I sang this until they fell asleep
Thanks God for the Celtic Woman Only You could have created such a wonderful , awesome group. Amen Amen and Amen with love and peace to all of God's family spread love not hate. Rodney Alan Godwin RAG 24
I don't know if you're going to see this but this song means more then you could ever know. I first found this video when I was 15 and it became my best friend and I song. And then at 19 I got pregnant. I sang this song to my pregnant tummy all the time. And when he was born it was one of his lullabys. And then he passed away when he was 16 months old. We sang this song on the way to his funeral. And now I sing this song to his little 3 month old brother. Thank you for making this video
I sang this to my baby girl when she was a baby and she was very sick and in Riley for a while. I sang this to her to keep her calm. She is now 7 and still likes it when I sing this to her.
This song reminds me of my grandmother on my dad's side of the family she passed away in 2021 we were close since my little brother and I were very little she loved us with all of her heart and it still hurts me to miss her it felt like I had something missing in my heart
Me and my mom went out to breakfast this morning and I havnt seen Tarzan since I was 3 or 4. I'm 13 now. We were talking about songs and I couldn't think of the name of this song so we had to google it. This is the first time in forever I've heard this song
I watched Tarzan and never knew Celtic Woman sang this song! It's beautiful. I plan on taking my mom to see them in Saginaw, MI at the Dow event center on May 10th, 2014.
where's the replay button?where is it I'M SERIOUS WHERE IS IT?! (EDIT) Oh sorry I just realized what you're saying is the one that appears at the end...I was thinking of the repeat one that unfortunately doesn't exist in youtube..
I sang this to my son the first time I held him in the NICU. He was born three months early and spent 100 days in the hospital. After 6 surgeries, and many scares that left me feeling like I would leave the hospital without my baby, he came home. He went from 1 pound, 9.6 ounces, to leaving the hospital weighing 6 pounds 4 ounces, and is a happy, intelligent three year old who loves to play and sing.
I'm wanting to sing this song with a friend of mine at a compitition. She wants to sing "Tomorrow" by Annie, and that song is a great song, but i love this like even more =)
I never got the pleasure of watching Tarzan, so I today is the day that I discovered this song. First I listened to Phil Collins version, then I just had to see if there is a female version, and lo and behold there is, sung by Celtic Woman, one of my favorites. It is so perfect for the story I am trying to write, and I can tell that a lot of people are moved by this song for whatever reason personal to them. While I've never had anything in real life to make me feel this way, this is exactly the feelings I've been trying to convey in my story. I am so very glad to have found this song, and to have found the Celtic Woman version of it!
I have a sister who has a different dad than me. I'm at my dad's house right now and I miss her so much. So so much. I love her a l9t and I wish that I spent more time with her before I left. But, like always, I was busier with my friends. I called her the other day and I was crying. Next time I see her it will be the day before her birthday. I just want to go home.
All kinds, huh? That's somethin'. Like the paternal love in Ocarina of Time Link's bond with his son, Twilight Princess Link. Romantic love between Skyward Sword Link n' Zelda. Breath of the Wild Link n' Zelda had the romantic love, too. Breath of the Wild Link was born as a commoner with a humble background as a commoner, Zelda was born as the firstborn daughter of the late King Rhoam AND his late queen. But that don't mean that he couldn't be her love. In the Japanese version of the Adventure Log, he's like, "I gotta save Zelda as fast as I can, 'cuz I wanna see her smile again with my own eyes." There's the romantic love. Twilight Princess Link learnin' the 7 skills from his ol' man Ocarina of Time Link (when he was the Hero's Shade)? I'd say parental love fer his son 'cuz he wanted him to improve.
i am so with you. my parents disaprove of my relationship with my babe. and i luv this song. when i think of him this come in my head. and i hope when i sing this at our talent show he will kno how i feel. I LOVE U MIKEY!!!!!!!
This is for my Big Rallo.... Passed away the day before my 22nd birthday... Spring 2012- March 29, 2017... RIP Buddy... Your son and I miss you so very much! Rallo Jr, this song is for you too..... My purrfect fur babies....
I like this one, too :)! I showed it to my mother, though: she said "Eh, it's nice, but it's not Phil Collins" XD. I personally like both. This one for the sweetness of her voice, and the Phil Collins version because of both the sound of it and the sentimental fact that he wrote it for his own son (and it was perfect for when it played in "Tarzan" :).
