Hi naana, after making the pots, do u need to add on other layers inside the pot to get an extra mass? Cant the water spoil it or weaken it after some time when watering the flowers ?. I need ur reply please 🙏🙏🙏

Hi Fahiim, Yes you need to do that...adding another layer on their inside or even on top before you paint is very good as it will make your planter stronger and last longer. Though as you mould the outer part,you make sure u do it carefully so you don't lose the beautiful details. Also be careful not to over load the pot when applying the second layers.I'd say you do it gradually so that the over weight doesn't have it go crushing down...hope that's helpful

Hello Cecile, The white thing I use is called primer paint or undercoat pant. It helps paint stick to the Pot, and guarantees a higher useful life to the paint you apply on it because it increases paint durability and provides additional protection.

About the removal of pieces which I think you mean the moulds, You need to first figure out how you will remove the mould before you start working. Some shapes never get out... Always remove the mould before the pot is totally dry. Like 24 hrs later.The cement can still be scratched off when it blocked the way of the mould. When dry, that's really so hard

Which oil do you apply? I tried applying used engine oil and it cement never left the moulds

Regular oil... cooking oil,baby oil Vaseline etc
