There are many and are as many parameters and concepts to be taken into account, such as: the importance of ventilating / the CMV, outdoor hygrometry, single / double glazing, crawl spaces, vapor barrier / brake, the impact of heating (and overheating), thermal insulators or correctors, their effusiveness, thermal bridges, etc., etc.
