@@AshishSharma-xt7fo chair ko proper tie nahi kia hoga, mean concrete pour karte samay top bar up ho jati h top surface case main, dusra initial setting time 30 minutes k baad ki concrrte ko use karne se bhi ho jata h.

It is fixed coffecients as per CPWD expect RCC and all shall remain fixed all over the india as well as in other some countries.

If the wastage gone beyond the limit and cement supplied by owner / client to contractor, than excess wastage / amount recovered from contractors end. I hope you get
