Love this video! It's embarrassing how this is the first one I've seen of this channel. The moves, the expressions, the oufits, the story, this is the best Cendrillon video I have ever seen! Especially with that sorcerer plot twist there, and the duel makes my heart race every time! You should make this into a movie video, like with dialogue and stuff. I'd watch it! Let me see if I've got this right... So, Miku (I'm calling them by their Vocaloid names) works as a housemaid in her home, working her butt off every day at her unseen family's expense, while Kaito is the prince of the kingdom, both live predictable and lonely lives. One night, during a ball at the palace, Miku is visited by a mysterious sorcerer. She's startled at first, but he uses magic to turn her old outfit into a beautiful gown, she's overjoyed at getting to attend the ball, on the condition that the spell wears off at the stroke of midnight. What she doesn't know, however, is that the sorcerer is an evil man planning to kill the prince, and to avoid being caught, he needs Miku as a scapegoat to draw the prince's attention and let his guard down around her. When she arrives, she's immediately the center of attention with her beauty, and Kaito falls in love with her at first sight. They dance the night away, falling in love, but Miku is forced to flee when she realizes it's midnight, losing her shoe in the process that Kaito obtains. Miku goes back to her normal life, longing to see the man she loves again. Meanwhile, Kaito seems to notice that the shoe has magical properties. He uses this to find its owner, Miku, who, on the day of a masquerade ball, is approached by the sorcerer again. During the ball, Dark Miku gets ready to unsheath her dagger, when Kaito spots the sorcerer watching nearby. He chases after the mage, sword in hand, out towards an empty part of the garden. Miku, compelled by the power of the spell, follows him. Just as Miku catches up and takes out the dagger, Kaito wins the duel and stabs the sorcerer, freeing Miku from her trance and allowing the pair to reunite. Miku is returned to her white dress outfit, the pair discard their masks, and the two return to the ball, happy to be together again and formally announce their love to the attendees, living happily ever after.
