I want to join baking and pastry management program in your college but according to my information I can't do the same because my visa will be rejected . Hi, Yam. Baking and Pastry Arts management is a standard post-secondary program, meaning students can take it out of high school. That being said, if you've already graduated from post-secondary, there's nothing stopping you from taking it, too.
