In February 2024 we stayed for 1 week at Center Parcs Allgäu, Germany. In potential one of the most luxurious Parcs and cottages. However: cleaning was terrible: windows full of fatty spots, refrigerator smelly and full of stains, cigarette buds in the BBQ, dishwasher full at arrival. Only on flacon of soap to be used for the whole cottage (3 bathrooms). A pack of bedding and towels smashed in the hall when arriving. It gave us the same worse experience as when arriving at Village Nature in Paris, France. There is no temperature regulation in the cottage: all heaters must be operated separately. In the living room and bathroom there are JBL soundbars: none of them was working. Also, the park is overcrowded, the aqua mundo packed with people. Staff is not very helpful. For us it was a once in a lifetime experience: we will never come back.
