We are newbies to Center Parcs and have a week booked at this site in March. Thank you for this guide which has made it way more exciting now. Looking forward to it. There are five of us so we are taking our own bikes with us and cannot wait to spend loads of time touring and of course in that amazing pool. Great to see all the shops and restaurants - you really brought the place to life for us and we know what to expect now. 😊

I live so close Centre Parks Sherwood Forest, it’s about a 30 min drive. I love walking with my dogs through the forest. Whinfell forest looks good. Glad you both had a great time.😘

Thank you for showing us Americans these hidden gems of Britain. I am anticipating my first visit to England and Europe (although I qualify for EU citizenship) this year. These are the types of places I want to visit. If possible, I’d like to see the areas where people hike through people’s private gardens and land. I will take time to walk Cotswold a bit I suppose but I bet there are other great walks. The UK does a good job with this apparently. For people with PTSD or just escaping a busy life, this is awesome.

Our son and his family love this Centre Parc and have visited many times. Great activities for the grandchildren. Especially the pool area, which you seemed to enjoy as much as they do. Those slides brought the kid out in you both (great filming by the way Simon). Like you said “Not a cheap place to visit though”. Your accommodation looked nice. Everything you needed. Though a long way from the car park. Thank god for those bikes…. 😂😂 Nice to see Simon back in a vlog after missing out your Florida trip. Those chocolate eclairs in the market looked so good. Yummy😊 I have never heard of Mexican Dominoes.. ? I loved your “crocs” pun…. 😂😂 Very enjoyable mini break.

Thank you Claire for showing us to be honest I’ve never been to Center Parcs when I was growing up we always went camping and then later we started going to caravan park like Park Dean resorts we are going to Cornwall this July to the caravan park looking forward to that ❤

I literally watch this everyday! I haven’t been to whinfell yet but it looks amazing! So your favourite CP is Sherwood? I highly recommend Elveden forest, it is very similar, has a bigger pool and is better for bike rides! Because it’s flatter.

Very cool, Whinfell is the only one in Britain I haven't been to since we live in Buckinghamshire so it's not ideal to go to. The indoor rapids almost seem like a faster lazy river compared to the rapids of the other locations. Never seen the inside of the apartments before but I agree they look comfy and a convenient size.

I’m having a bad day and like you I’ve been going to center parcs since I was really little and center parcs has always been my happy place and your video made me feel like I was right there with you so thank you for making my day a little bit better ❤❤

Really enjoyed the video. Great insight for us as we're going to Whinfell in September for our first trip to CentreParcs. Other than swimming and bike rides (both of which we love) is there enough to do for 2 adults and an 11 year old without it costing a fortune.? 👍

I go every year to whinfell, it's brill! any idea what they're going in the pool, looks like a board surrounding the entrance area.

Do they have a water ride that 4-6 people can sit in together?, I thought I saw that somewhere when I was looking on their website for Whinfell Forest?

Does the pool have a plunge pool like Sherwood Forest?
