I am new to Centerless Grinding. I have a question, how much extra material on OD I need for CG, 1" long pins, .125" diameter, and tolerance is ± 0.0002". thank you

I want to know why my size change, at my workplace the piece keeps getting small and I have to open the regulating wheel every 8-10 piece!! The stupid operator/trainee says it’s ok but I think it’s pathetic that the machine can’t run consistently.

The grinding wheel and regulating are both rotating in the wrong direction

Bad video! Very bad idea to show wheels rotating in wrong direction. Potentially dangerous.
