I love what Carol shared what she Knows about Oil and Gas. I am a lady and work as a Field Specialist in the Oil and Gas industry. It is a big challenge but all in all what matters is the Choice someone makes and what one feeds their mind. Think positive and work towards your dreams.

I agree with some of the things that caroline points out, however you cannot underestimate the power of realisation. This can happen to anyone at any point given time in there lives. It's what they do with it when it finally happens. Carol i salute you for helping most young people in this country come out of some meager mindset
