Existen varios metodos para asegurar la correcta alineación de los agujeros.Uno de ellos es el que se aprecia en el video.Pero cuando el agujero no es lo suficientemente grande para introducir el reloj comparador a través de el, hay que utilizar otra técnica.Gracias y un saludo amigo.

I like your riser blocks. We were discouraged from making set-up tooling, probably because every one had different ideas and time and costs would run away. But simple tooling as you demonstrate here have almost universal application for setting up welded fabrications on an HBM. I still have stacks of sketches for similar stuff that were over-ruled with few exceptions.
Hi Forrest. The lifting blocks and many tools that are made to fix and position the pieces are very important in the mechanization process. Having a large team that can adapt to each type of piece lowers costs and makes work easier. Thanks and best regards friend.

Ummm maybe this kind of work is dangerous af because machinist works in hazardous environment and deals with high power tools, they also don't get paid very well, and are on a declining trend due to the rise of automation. Lots of work look amazing, but that doesn't mean it pays well or it's not on a declining trend.

La herramienta del minuto cuatro es un mandril que se utiliza para refrentar superficies planas en lugares donde no se puede aceder con un plato de mecanizado y tambien para hacer ranuras.Saludos.

Lo de poder girar la mesa me ha matao!!!! Yo aun recuerdo que nosotros mecanizábamos el frontal de las orejas y usábamos eso como referencia y apoyo al girar (similar a escuadrar un cubo) por lo demas todo muy parecido o casi idéntico tanto el montaje como el proceso.

Hi, Tony. From time to time and as a safety rule, check that the faces of the table are perfectly aligned. Otherwise, the work could be a true failure.
Back in the old days we didn't have no sissy DRO's. We had to work off the verniers. Our carbide face mills were so worn out in the pockets they made a galloping sound and left finishes like badly troweled concrete. No facing heads either, stiff arm boring bar and set the tool out with a dial indicator. Kids nowadays. Got it easy. Nice work. Serious question: the jacking screws on your angle bracket, are they drilled at a slight downward angle or is that lens distortion?

Hola Richard.Los bloques y gran parte de los utiles que se ven en los videos son construidos y diseñados por mi ya que es dificil encontralos comercialmente porque en muchas ocasiones se construyen especificamente para un determinado tipo de pieza, por esta razon es dicicil encontralos en el mercado.Gracias y un abrazo amigo.

Es un cabezal automático. A medida que gira la herramienta la cuchilla se desplaza longitudinalmente. También se emplea para hacer ranuras en el interior de agujeros. Es una herramienta especializada para este tipo de trabajos. Gracias y un saludo desde España Alejandro.
