Central- The glory that Jesus shares with the father is the same (because theres only one according to central) glory the disciples share.... Central the glory that Jesus is sharing with the disciples in the father is ANOTHER TYPE OF GLORY than the one in VERSE 5. THAT ONE in verse 5 is only shared within the persons of YHWH. Jesus is talking about TWO GLORIES: John 17, Verse 22 "I HAVE GIVEN THEM THE GLORY THAT YOU GAVE ME, that they may be one as we are one- " John 17, verse 24 "“Father, I WANT THOSE YOU HAVE GIVEN ME want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and TO SEE MY GLORY, THE GLORY YOU HAVE GIVEN ME because you loved me before the creation of the world." One glory is already given, and the other glory is yet to be seen - this is the glory that Jesus had with the Father before the world was created.
