We saw the south side on our first trip to NY (Bow Bridge, Bethesda Terrace, Strawberry Fields, The Dakota Apts. and the Mall). Singers, dancers, models being photographed, and wedding parties added to what was a wonderful experience. This time we plan to see the north side by bicycle cab before having lunch at The Metropoitan Museum.
Almost everything mentioned in the video can be done in 2-3 hours! The Conservatory Gardens require additional time since it's located in the north east corner of the park. The reservoir will also require some time (if you plan to walk the entirety) due to the large size! Everything else is connected or located within 5-10 minutes of each other.
I am planning on taking a day trip to Central Park this coming summer. I will be taking the train from New Jersey into New York and walking to Central Park. Are there any recommendations as far as good places to eat in that area?

It's about a 10-minute walk from Bethesda Terrace to Belvedere Castle! Apple Maps and Google Maps both make it easy to follow the route, just pop the destinations in and you'll be on your way!
