Central Phoenix Walmart flooded during monsoon storm 

Question, could you please tell me when was that recorded? I am watching the video right now at 5pm and today is 03/03/2021 and the sun is still there, the day is super clear and this video was recorded at night.

That poor Walmart just has a bad location. Me and my gf live near there and go to that Walmart, when the monsoon hit in 2020, it knocked over half of the trees in the parking lot.
