Centre's of Excellence - Implementation, Running and Value 

Procurement Centres of Excellence are developing in many companies as procurement concentrates its resources into a central (physical or virtual) team to provide support across the function. CASME’s Graham Crawshaw, Procurement Content Director, returns to share some of the latest approaches in setting up and running a COE. The presentation will look at the implementation and role of the COE, the range of support provided to category managers, the value it delivers and the skills required to work within it.
