Greetings my friend. Where did u get that spring at? and how does that bag feel? is it nice and soft to hit? Because I'm a 47 year martial arts veteran with arthritic knuckles so I need a nice soft bag to hit. Please get back to me asap? Thank you kindly.
Hello, I found this spring in my house, but you can get a similar one from Home Depot. This bag is not very soft to hit. It has a lot of sand in it and it started to hurt my knuckles after a while. I greatly prefer the bags at the gym I go to. I would not recommend this bag for bad knuckles. Sorry about that but hope this helped!
