Numerous sections of the deck, as well as the bridge connecting Sears, have been dropped. I got bored of seeing nothing but cleanup the last several times I’ve been to the mall, so I took a drive around to check on the front side of the mall, as well as some other vacant buildings nearby.
Most recently, DSW closed, and its labelscar is very visible, much more so than JC Penney. While I don’t remember what was in the building in the last shot, I know half of it was Party City at some point. Does anyone remember what occupied the other half? There’s a Mattress World scar visible, but I remember Party City taking up the entire building.
