I pass thru there all the time

This has been talked about before as well as the T&P warehouse. Talk is cheap. I just don’t see this happening until a more dense population exist in the area as well as transportation stops nearby. Or needs to be catered to the office workers nearby but competition is tough there with Sundance square.
