@@DemonEyeHelix I love when english native speakers bring up "weird spelling" of a word and don't realize it's just other language, imagine anybody from a different country complaining about english spelling of a name in a japanese game
Jorge Arteaga you cannot say it’s his” Achilles” if he still beats them. But I agree that great PT players showed more promise against him than any other characters.
@@DemonEyeHelix Yeah, it was Puppeh vs Iota. I can't find the original tweet because it's 3 years old but you can find the VOD and the comments explain. Of course, Puppeh is a lot more mature now and it's awesome to see him getting big wins at majors now.
@@lezzei Hard to believe he did that. Always seemed like a calm, happy kid when he was playing grand finals against Officer Jenny. Guess that might be because he won though.
Kiyoharu Suirenji “you don’t enough about HBOX out of the game” you mean a lot of the made up slander because he mains puff given he might not be the most pleasant human but who cares if he’s not hurting anyone lmao.
Great performance by both players and was almost a gnarly comeback while staying at 0%. Puppeh definitely has the potential to win. Everyone gets so shook when versing Leo if only he was playing like he did at the end all comfortable and on top of things. Either way Leo’s Joker is so cool to watch Joker in general is an awesome character all around and Leo makes me a proud main since day 1.
Whoa.... thats probably the best match ive seen.... great plays madr by both players. Amazing comebacks! The intros were great too. Overall a fantastic video! 😁
Don’t sit here and lie. You ain’t ever heard of puppeh before unless you’re from VA or actually go to venues because he almost never gets put on stream.
Damn, between Puppeh and Wishes, I feel Pokemon trainer might be the best bet against MkLeo's Joker; Having played online though, I know it's possible to don the name 'Almost' 5x games in a row, lol
man Puppeh should be happy dude, he played an amazing couple sets, easily showing that he can hang with the big boys. Leo was shitting himself and that was refreshing to see since he’s been stomping everyone. great game Leo, great game Puppeh🙏🏽
😂 leo was calm the entire set what do you mean, that's part of the reason he's the best right now, he doesn't let emotion dictate his gameplay. As you saw puppeh get frustrated after game one... both great regardless
juan reyes I’d say Wishes biggest mistake was sticking to Charizard at the end of game 1. Big hitbox with slower moves and no high % combos compared to MKLeo’s Joker’s quicker moves that can easily combo at any % and his thinner hurtbox. That threw him Wishes off moving forward.
They had multiple games and I think I heard 1200 ppl enter for singles? (Could be wrong) So everything besides top 3 was b03 because of time, tho they did allow coaching in btwn sets (tho only for 30 seconds)
Mexico dominando el arte de Smash, "se ve se siente; MKleo esta presente", Yo si le voy le voy a Mkleo, canta y no llores porque cantando se alegra el cielito lindo. Vamos por todo. XD
ebenezerbruno98, not true at all. Please don’t spread false information. Jebailey wanted bo3 because he just wants the tournament done before midnight not because of any restriction. He just wants it done.
10:32 Zero making a double meaning commentary right there. "This is his stand" Talking about how this is his moment to win, but also a Jojo's reference
Great play from both players, however I do think that Zard should have gone for more grabs and maybe an Up B or two to throw MK off guard. Otherwise, great stuff
Don’t know what controller he’s using but it kinda looks like the genesis controllers but not sure. If you just want a cool controller you should look at “controller chaos” and “battle beaver”. Keep in mind that GameCube controllers are pretty pricey.
Wait, why do I see AEW signs on the barricade surrounding the ring? Did AEW do a show earlier or the next day or something there? Or did they just have signs there to promote their company.
This set was just awesome. Leo destroying players as always but this young man puppeh really shows some awesome plays, not an easy one for Leo. Btw, was zard up-throw nerf at some point? It looks kinda weak now
it was nerfed in the transition from smash 4 to ultimate, along with other moves like forward air and down tilt. he was just too overpowered, he needed to be toned down, right?
Puppeh needs to wait in the platform until Arsene is out... He get side b, and does 10% with arsene in the first match. And in the second, he lost a stock.
Yeah, his vertical recovery is insane, but his horizontal recovery is really bad, and it leaves him vulnerable. But dang, abusing the crap out of Down Special feels amazing,
I honestly bet it's to increase number of people commenting on stream and RU-vid. Better participation from viewers equals metrics for the various algorithms equals more promoted on the platform.
@@marksaenz3836 you're probably right but why the hell would he think that? It sounds so much worse, almost like you're whining any time you say the name!
