Great interview- looking forward to Part 2 this week! Ryan completely debunks the idea that running a family business is a layup and they have it made! His ability to take the best of what Mr. Rohrman created, molding it into his own vision is a credit to his own expertise and vision for the future. Continued success - The Rohr lives on!

There is a lot to unpack from this episode. Great show by the way. A major take away for me is Ryans ability to find fulfilment in his work regardless of the job. One way he was able to do this was through finding the variables that correlate with the objective of his job and focussing on that. For example "trying to show them the numbers instead of trying to sell them a car" . I can't help but also point out the fact that he spoke about many people that helped him along the way. Ryan was always willing to take advice from his grandfather and others that he identified as assets to his journey. However, my biggest take away is that everyone likes to win. What Ryan did is figure how, and did it over and over again. I will implement this by making connections with teammates and seeking out ways to improve on a daily basis.
