3:22 I think most husbands always prefer a daughter over a son; from seeing friends and family. It has more to do with spoiling them (daughters) where as for Son, you kind of force expectation on them as soon as their born. But then alot of Asian families still follow the tradition of wanting at least 1 son to fill those expectations. Not being sexist, just as a Asian myself and knowing other Asian friends and their family (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, and Vietnamese) many still look at it that way. One of my friend has 6 Daughters, and he didn't stop having kids till he got his first Son, he loves all his daughters, but his Son has all his expectations and he told me he would of kept going till either his wife can't have kids anymore to achieve his one son (yes hes Asian, and hes in his early 30's).
