Yes, burst in bb happen instantaneously while in gg before the burst activated there is a delay that lift your character upward slightly, making it eaiser to predict.
People are also more reluctant to burst if it wont kill to hold it for OD activation Iframes. If you manage a hit in OD most of the time you gain active flow restoring a huge amount of burst meter netting you more OD or additional burst later.
Yeah, burst bait setups are a real thing in GG but those are done in the middle of a combo where instead of hitting the opponent with your usual route, you hit him repeatedly with weak jabs so your character can recover in time to block if he bursts out (you still gotta react to it, though). If you meant RRC, that's right, you can kind of react to a burst with a RRC and block it sometimes even if you were doing something like a tatsumaki when the other guy bursted. You can't YRC to bait a burst though, as the yellow ones can only come out if the opponent was knocked down or wasn't being hit in the first place
I kind of agree and disagree BBTAG made character much more easy to master, I'm play all blazblue game, but never master any character, in tag I can do it with less effort, but I have to get timing for tag played and sandwich combo BBCF each character have much more depth due to total different play style on each character However what surprise me most is after I take a break from BBCF for a while and play BBTAG, then back to play BBCF, I can do combo much easier now So for me BBTAG is like a basic fighting game that newbie can enjoy, and it build you basic, while BB main series is require more advance skill to enjoy
That's fair. I just can't get behind how BBTAG... "feels". The lack of a walk cycle makes me feel like I'm controlling a bumper-car instead of an actual character, and I find the running-start for grabs more of a hindrance than a blessing. It's just the little things that are meant to make my life easier, but I feel like they take away my control for inputs I would rather have to manually perform. For what it's worth, I really like how controlling "two characters" feels, now that I'm finally starting to wrap my head around it. There's a lot of options and variety beyond just "call in this one support attack".
ํYes, I bbtag you can call other character and make him/her stay there to switch attack back and forth, not just call for assist like other, so it really fun when you sandwich opponent and Yes BBTAG seem lack, I play Makoto in bb series all game (except first), in TAG she just feel wrong to me
I personally like Fame's Susano'o over DLZ, but I really like DLZ's Susano'o as well. It's just the way he unlocks seals is so fkin satisfying to watch. But I will say DLZ is more fearless n it's cool to see how he throw out the DP n overheads.
"DLZ Is more from netplay, UK netplay" what the fuck was this guy smoking? DLZ is literally on of the best players from the UK scene who has also won multiple tournaments in Europe.
