Slam is progressing... heading more on more Eldritch-Like theme rather than it supposed traditional ultra gore shi, tho there're still slam bands out there that go to the traditional goring hardcore style, but most of the mainstream/popular slam band now is more of progressing in a more incomprehensive typa vibe

That’s not what I mean, regards. These fuckers are the kings of slam. If we wanted 2021 Abominable Putridity(nothing to do with Matti on the track), we’d go listen to that. Faster, overproduced, brutal death metal riffs. Epicardiectomy was kicking their ass, too bad they lost the new vocalist. Nah, Angel is the best of the best, but they should have made a real return to roots here.

At the end of the day, the only member from the album everyone associates slam to is Angel and even he's stated that his vocals aren't what they used to be so going into this I don't expect Uterovaginal vibes at all. It's practically a whole new band. That said, I agree. It's not bad but its hardly Cephalotripsy either.
