This reverberation is amazing! Is the odd noise as the envelopes fall to quiet the ladder effect, or dissonance? I'm not entirely sure.

Thank you! Yes, that's just the ladder effect. It's probably a bit dissonant due to the detuned sine waves combining into a weird PWM type of sound
