I really like the riceberry face wash by LittlExtra! It's soft but gets the job done at cleansing dirt and impurities from my skin. Its black rice ingredient cleanses my skin without being too harsh, leaving my skin feeling smooth, glowing, and smooth. Thank you so much for this doc! I have a few questions what should I do with my skin? It's been like 4 years since I started my skincare journey but I haven't found anything that suits me best, I've been going from one product to another and I still haven't found the products that are for me, I have a blackheads and whiteheads on my nose, pores near my cheek on the nose part some little bumps on my forehead and my skin is kind of bumpy, I've tried the sa cleanser with the cereve daily moisturizing lotion for 3 months now but I haven't seen any big of a change, I wanted to achieve a glass skin but I really don't know what exact products to use, I also don't have enough to go to a dermatologist T~T

Try the Laroche posay effaclar range. They also have a skin assessor online. It takes pictures of your skin then recommends a rountine in their skin care. That is how my skin cleared up. However, our skin types may be different and what works for me, may not work for you.

Hi doctor. My daughter has a severe acne on her cheeks with whiteheads blackheads and pus pimples. She is treating them with benzoyl peroxide twice a day as well as the cerave sa renewing cream. In Ontario Canada we do not have adapalene or differen over the counter. Can you recommend something else that she can be using if she needs anything else at all? Many things can be predisposing you to acne. Stress, hormonal imbalance, wrong products that clog the pores even diets with high glycemic index. Some birth control pills have been shown to cause acne rather help to clear them

Cleansers alone will not suffice. Consider incorporating vitamin C, retinoids, niacinamide or arbutin. You can use the SA cleanser

Either of them can be used. But if you use the foaming cleanser, ensure to incorporate other products containing Salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide and Adapalene. It goes both ways though

Hello DR.Janet thank you so much for this I went to buy a cleanser because I have combination skin, acne, sensitive and they gave me foaming cleanser but after few days got advise from a skincare expect told me the renewal cleanser is the best I really need your advise on this how often should I use renewing cleanser some are saying it is not supposed to be used every day help on that thank so much
