I really like this doctor's presentation. On the other hand . . . does every video like this need a musical soundtrack? Now I have to process not only speech, sights, the sounds of some of the movements, the implications and connections of what's being described, and some new relevant information-but also music? This is what my brain needs?

Reminds me of good old days during the Internal medicine rotation at Trichur Medical College, India where our brilliant but unassuming teachers demonstrated physical exam skills to us at the bedside every single day. Thank you so much, Dr. Verghese for bringing this art back to medicine. Is there a way we can extend this to pediatric practice?
