I would be much busier than I am if I recommended replacement of an OL amalgam like this one. Where was the caries? It simply was not present. Nicely done restoration. I personally believe that the tooth would be in the same state of health 20 years later if nothing had been done. We all have various approaches to making clinical recommendations. I suspect my opinion will not be agreed with by many. Not a big surprise to me at all. . Thanks for posting.

+Alena Bukhar It was biogeneric tooth proposal design.The computer changed the initial design to a biologically correct design that was harmonious with the surrounding tooth structure that was removed. Cerec technology is fantastic and with the latest Omnicam scanner it has become even better. Deciding which teeth "need" treatment is up to the treating dentist.
