CEREMONIAL CACAO - Preparation & Tips by Amrita Cacao 

Dear Cacao Lovers,

There is no way to go wrong with cacao! but here in this video we will show you a very easy, simple and beautiful way to prepare your brew as well as some important tips to make your journey and experience much more meaningful.
RECIPE FOR CEREMONIAL CACAO for 2 people - Chai spices blend
60-80g of Ceremonial Grade Cacao
450ml of water
2 pieces of Star anise
10 cardamoms
4 cloves
8 pepper corns
10cm of fresh Ginger
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cayenne
Infuse the whole spices in the boiling water for at least 15min. While this is happening, shave your cacao and reserve. Once the chai is done, strain it and remove from the heat. Add the cacao slowly and stir until completely dissolved and the foam has settled. Choose your favorite cup, sing an icaro, set an intention and enjoy the ride!
