Jetzt habe ich das Video wieder gefunden mit dem alles anfing😍Von dem Zeitpunkt an hatten wir unsere Böllerkanone geplant. Tolles Video, da kommen Erinnerungen hoch...
For USA viewers, this cannon requires special licensing as a Destructive Device. Any breech-loader that is A: Designed after 1898 and/or B: Uses a self-contained round must be registered as a Destructive Device. All muzzle-loaders are exempt, as are early breech-loaders like the Whitworth Rifle, the 3" Ordnance Rifle and the Parrot Rifles and replicas. A self-contained round means a round that has a cartridge case with a primer, propellant and projectile. To meet the legal requirements the projectile and the propellant must be loaded into the cannon separately. That said, I'd purely love to own one.
If its chambered in something like a 37mm flare cartridge it's exempt, same as those faux M203 underbarrel launchers that get sold without any ATF paperwork
Man. This is clearly awesome ! I absolututly love that. I love Artillery, and particularly the breech loading mechanism. Tell me, did you use steel for your canon ? Or aluminium ? Did you turn the canon on the lathe, and weld the breech part ? Actually, I'm making a small 3D printed howitzer (breech-loading, non-functionnal, 6mm caliber, with recoil system). The recoil system actually works, but the breech-loading mechanism is hard. Do you have a little blueprint just about this mechanism please ? I subscribled to your channel and like this video ! See you soon ! Salutations de France !
Thank you very much. All of your cannons are drilled and honed from solid steel (even our muzzleloaders and mortars) . Yes, the breech meachnism is really tricky and took us quite a long time in constructing. This is why we do not give away our blueprints. Sorry for that. Wishing you all the best for you cannon. Maybe you can let us know when you're done with it? Salutes from Germany!
@@hermannsalutkanonen7511 Good morning sir ! Thanks a lot for your answer. Of course, I understand about the breech mechanism blueprints. Actually, I made the first version of my small howitzer (3D printed and then casted in aluminium), including a recoil spring and a breech loading mechanism (inspired from an American WW2 AT gun). If you have Discord (maybe the best tchat application, even better than Skype), I can give you the blueprints, pictures and files. Anyway, good luck and best wishes for the future ! Greetings from France !
Sau geil was du da gebaut hast!!!!! Sehr beeindruckend!
How does the shells fly out is it a type of spring mechanism or when you drop the lever it pushes it out? Plus I love your videos demonstrating these saluting guns. Keep up the good work!
@@hermannsalutkanonen7511 oh ok thanks I was so confused for so long. I thought a spring was used. But thanks so much you keep it up and have a great day.
@@asdf9277 , we are based in Germany so all our cannons are for ceremonial use only (ie. blank ammunition without projectiles) . They can however be build into a tank, that's no problem.
Wayy to many views on this goldfield noise maker when people making real and legal one barrel break 1 k views. People like fake stuff I guess. needing an air tank for your noise maker is even sadder.
