DearYour KYC identifier is registered with CERSAI. Download from/upload to CERSAI will be done as & when KYC details are updated.For opening new account,submit KYC identifier instead of KYC documents.In case of any query pls contact ur branch.Union Bank of India .what is the meaning of this message
