I mean he’s one of the best Jhin’s in the world, he likely knows what he’s doing. My guess’d be if you look at his team comp nobody can kill the enemy tanks (cho) so he needs to build kraken
The mythic passive gives him a really big amount of movespeed from the jhin passive (gives movespeed on crits based on atkspeed) That's why he also runs PD there- it's a build to maximize movespeed
