Welcome to another episode of the Certified Inside Documentary! This time I'm Celebrating the Birthday and life of Empress Menen (3/4/1891- 15/2/1962) wife of Emperor Haile Sellassie I with my Mom and the Brixton Rastafari Community.
Empress Menen ruled over Ethiopia alongside her husband from 2 April 1930 - 12 September 1974.This event (The first of many) was put together in the spirit of sisterhood by my Mother, her friends in the community and the EWF Local 3.
