Strategy: 2x iron defense, heal cheer. after your stats clear, 3x iron defense, 3x tera blast, terastalize, 3x swords dance, tera blast until shield breaks, taunt, tera blast to victory.
Pros: tera type is supereffective, good HP and def stats, excellent atk stat. outspeeds emboar. no weaknesses after terastalizing, flash fire gives immunity to flare blitz. immune to drain punch before terastalizing. immune to wild charge after terastalizing. resists head smash after terastalizing. iron defense buffs def 2 stages, swords dance buffs atk 2 stages. taunt prevents emboar from using bulk up. tera blast has a base power of 80 and deals supereffective (STAB when terastalized) damage. shell bell heals when attacking, proportional to damage dealt.
Cons: tera type mismatches base type, weak to head smash before terastalizing, no reliable healing before shell bell kicks in
