I had 2 levels done day before yesterday.They replaced my c4-5 and c5-6 with titanium discs that have bone powder coating.My doctor did not have me in a neck brace.I had surgery 9am,spent that day and night in hospital and released next day at 11am.I was in bad pain when I woke up and was given dimerol.The pain was from all the nerves that were pinched for 15 years was suddenly released.On day 3 now the nerve pain has improved a lot.I am not on any pain meds at all though I could have used some yesterday.The pain is manageable today and the nerves are settling it seems.Im getting by with Tylenol and moving my head around some.All the tingling I had in my shoulder,arm,finger,and thumb is gone.I think I'm going to heal up just fine.
