I hate how everyone ignores the way cesar spoke to jamal. What he said was completely unfair. Jamal was really just trying to help throughout the whole show. He was always there for him, he found the money because he wanted to save him, he gave him shelter, shared his own bed and room, he was there for cesar when monse broke up with him. He was trying to be a good friend all the time. I wish people would stop ignoring that.

Diego's acting was really good this season. He killed this scene. You can see him starting to go down a different path. Sierra did really good this season as well she had some great emotional scenes.

The way Cesar kept getting angry in scenes like this and the one in the woods I could tell it was leading up to something. Did I expect him to do what was revealed at the end of episode 8?👀😗 Nope. But I was getting hints from his behavior. Plus Monse is kind of the glue in their group's friendship so with her gone ofcourse everyone was gonna split up again.😞

RUBY IS SO GOOD AT ACTING

Cesar’s acting was much better this season, in seasons 1 & 2 his emotional delivery always felt forced & his angry scenes were just cringe, but season 3 he definitely stepped it up & got better in terms of range.

Jamal was ready to whoop some ass😂

Cesar was such a hypocrite though when he said “you guys always complain about the gang but whenever you need them, you come begging.” But Cesar literally called on Oscar to handle some punk kid at Halloween party when he could’ve handled it himself

Nahhh Cesar thoroughly pissed me off at the end of this season, he be whining to the gang about them needing Oscar and then says all that bullshit to him when he made that deal with 19th street. Even before Spooky went to go see them the last thing he said was you always pick the Santos over me. HUH?? Ruby literally almost died and lost Olivia BECAUSE of Cesar and suddenly he's the one who's selfish for worrying about his life when he was the only one who was DIRECTLY THREATENED BY CUCHILLOS? Jamal's part got me annoyed as well, HE LITERALLY WENT THROUGH ALL THAT SHIT TO GET THE ROLLERWORLD MONEY while the gang was telling him he was being an idiot, oop when he finds it they all love him but then blame him for the whole Cuchillos sitch , saying if he hadn't have found it they wouldn't be going through this when he did it all for Cesar, gave him a home, a job and comfort when monse broke up with him only for him to moan to her about it like the whiny, ungrateful lil bitch he is. I used to like this character, but now he's at the bottom of my list.

reading the comments makes me realize how well-written this show is. the characters are complex and the situations are realistic. i see people siding with every character, like saying cesar is selfish or jamal and ruby are. just makes me think this is just how real life works. there are always different views and opinions and the show shows that even the main characters do stupid shit and have flaws that the audience cant just look past through

This scene is just 1 of many lol. But the kicker is that they told us about the ending in the very first episode And trailer. THEY TOLD US. In the very first scene of them of the 1st ever episode, they wait on cesar and say when has he ever disappointed and jamal replies that he has disappointed before, and cesar responds, 'loyalty trumps victory' now makes more sense with the ending. Even in the next scene Ruby's elder bro speaks about sticking together to survive and not boning monse(which has been done already) Its like the writers was setting it out that the crew were gonno do what they didn't intend to from the start... Even if you listen to the first verse of the main theme of omb season 1 'changes' by dej loaf) it makes so much more sense now, with the timeskip ending at (near the) end of high-school. So they told us right if the bat. Damn the foreshadowing.

I will say this; Cesar made a valid point about them always talking shit about Spooky but then always needing/wanting his help. Heck, even going back to season 2 when they were trying to scare the rich kids by showing them what a real gang banging thug looked like, who did they call?? Spooky. However, Cesar has always been my least favorite of the four and he's always been such a lil whiny, crybaby that it's often hard for me to take him serious. His acting has definitely improved but I can't take him serious when he's trying to be "hard" and "tough" . . . but again, valid point.

Cesar was so annoying in this scene literally all of his friends problems rose from trying to help him and because of the gang . I get he was worried about his brother but he definitely crossed the line with what he said to Ruby and Jamal in this scene .

Cesar acting like he is not part of the problem as to why his gang life is causing them so many problems, it even almost got Ruby killed.

Cesar was way out of line even after everything that happened Ruby was always there for him shit sometimes I thought they were going to kiss and Jamal gave up the thing he wanted to get more than anything to help you but monse Everytime she gets mad she tries her hardest to hurt him but he treats them like this they were there for him when his brother wasn't so his loyalty should be with them first period

The energy of Cesar when he was shouting was cool which made it a very good scene
