I have the FMS one. I also own an actual Cessna 182 and on the FMS one I peeled off all the decals and made new vinyl ones that match my plane. It came out great. The plane flies very well. I wish you could get them without paint or stickers.

This needs a pilot, with that huge canopy. The wheels are a bit small; after all, if you've found the G spot, then there shouldn't be any need for hand tossing.. Big salute as ever from London.

BTW, I forgot to mention that I too own one of those Cessnas, bought one after it finally dawned on me that I didn't have one in my fleet. Bought the version without electronics and added my own bits. Still yet to maiden after over a year so watching your videos was very useful 😁

I have this plane. Change out the steering/rudder servo to a heavier metal gear servo. It takes a lot of abuse because of the front landing gear. Also order spare steering arms for the front landing gear, being plastic, it will break on hard landings. The wire on the front landing gear will bend easily on rough landings. Other than that, the plane flies beautifully, very scale. FMS parts will fit her.

Yesssss, another great video once again.... I always watch them from the first to the last second !! Bought this plane for my brothers birthday last year. We assembled it together and I did the maiden flight. No surprises there I can tell, it’s a sexi flyer and it’s so graceful in the air. Afterwards he didn’t fly it anymore....but hey it looks great inside the house 👐 still in one piece

That's a great plane for the leaner very stable flight, I have the fms version and it flies just perfect I would say it is one of the best looking high wing planes that you can learn on and enjoy once you have learnt to fly.

This Cessna 182 is very nice.It should fly very good.I have worked and flown in the real ones many times during my 40 years as an aircraft mechanic.Some info on the fins in front of the rudder.Those are navigation antennas or nav antennas, known as blade antennas and are used in the navagation of the aircraft.The two antennas on the top of the wings are communication,or com antennas used for the communication with the control tower and other aircraft or base stations.Just some scale features on this model.Hurry now assemble this beautiful airplane and fly it soon.Thanks you guys!

Pilot Robert, just so you know, those little plastic tabs on the vertical fin are supposed to be scale navigation radio antennas. Love your channel!

Salute to you my RC friends! I have this plane. It’s probably one of the best looking planes out there in my opinion. However, I had to replace the rudder servo and the nose gear. The main gear also needed to be repaired. It flew very tail heavy so I added some weight to the front. I found it very difficult to fly. Best of luck! I’m waiting for the maiden flight. Salute!!

I have also reinforced the back landing gear after maiden flight. But maiden was great and the bird was flying great with 2700mAh batterie all the way forward. Cessna does need rudder in turns. It flys a little specific. Or you like it or not. I love them but Captain Blaž doesnt.

I have one of those "off" brand Cessna 182, not the same as the one you have, but like you said, they come from the same factory. Be careful of the firewall. Mine broke the firewall from the nose gear stress. The stress from the nose mount broke the firewall, the firewall was made of plastic. I had to remove the firewall, remake it out of carbon fiber, remount the motor and find some aftermarket parts to fit the nose gear and remount that as well. So check your nose wheel and firewall after each flight.

Thanks Petrincic Bros for the voucher - I bought it immediately. Something that popped in my eyes was that the wings a little bit wobbly vom the point of the connection to the fueslage, to the end of the wing. I saw that there is a kind of channel inside, where a CFK stick would fit in which goes to the end of the wings, but there is not. Is it the same for your airplane? very looking forward to your maiden!!!!

I just recently bought this plane from Horizon,it's the FMS 182. Nothing really bad to say about this plane it flies great. Just be sure to glue your wing strut mounts on really well to the fuselage and wing. One of mine ripped off during maiden flight.
