Just as an FYI to anyone else wondering . In my mind I thought that the rider modes "rain" (available on the Touring and Sport models) would have to have required Traction Control, but no, from reading reviews it appears it just dulled the power delivery, making the Explore the model to get if you want TC.
Hey dude, once you update the operating system on your bike you then have tyre pressure options display in psi. Also will give you access to all riding modes from the quick select menu using the function button. Good to see you enjoying the bike…I’m loving mine and have it fully accessorised with 148ltrs of storage space . Bring on the fully loaded adventure touring camping trips here in NZ.
I don't know about the Explore version, but the 800MT Touring I own came by default with the bar/psi setting available. Anyway, it's a great bike! Greetings from Serbia! :)
This is different then only explore. On mine, the function buttons allows you to go through all the modes and you don't have to go through the full menu. Works a charm.
There still seems to be confusion about the modes. From what I found via CFMOTO website: Offroad: TC=Lowest, F/ABS = On, R/ABS=On Offroad+: TC=Lowest, F/ABS = On, R/ABS=Off AllTerrain: TC=Off, F/ABS=Low, R/ABS=Off AllTerrain+: TC=Off, F/ABS=Off, R/ABS=Off I have this bike, will try to test on the weekend to confirm.
I thought it was called CFMOTO 800 MT explore ;-) This bike is suddenly a lot more interesting when you can get it in Black or Gem black as they call it..and of cause more riding modes ;-) Wait a minute..That sound..That is not stock right? That sounds really good.
Hi mate! Nice video, very informative! May i ask you if its possible to change riding modes on the go, or the bike has to be stoped in order to change them?
Gday mate. Thanks for the positive feedback. No you can’t change the riding modes on the go. Must be stopped. It’s a bit of a pain at times but still a great bike 👍🏻
