Sir you are freaking amazing teacher i can not understand why are you restricting yourself your reached should be at all over India and i literally thought of buying your course but Kasam Se price itna mahanga hai imaging sir so many students are missing a teacher like you just because they can't afford it's up to you I am not saying that you should give education free but you should really think about it thoda mere range Tak hota To jarur leta Mein UP ek chhoti jagah se Rahane wala hun jyada Paisa nahin Hai

Great video sir ... Helped me a lot to understand different risk and associated premiums . But sir I have one question . When maturity risk is being calculated on the future value of 1000 we are calculating the present value of that 1000 which comes out as lower when the period is longer. So essentially aren't we getting more return by investing less?

Ya but interest rate matters here bcoz there is more volatility in long term bonds so for example if interest rate is 5% and it increases then we have pay less now ,but if it become less than 5% then we have to pay more now

And about Pakistan, I would love to agree with you but unfortunately your government in general and your army in particular has created a toxic environment for us all. khhair hogae, Im from Karachi Pakistan too. Ham sab CFA ki line mai hain. Idher bhi kam log pinch nahi karte. Although IFT is from pakistan too, he never gives any political examples etc. He is very professional. Jo bhi, much love for Sir Sanjay
